OH LORD, I REALLY LOVE YOU
by: C.I. Wright, Jr.

1.   There's a blessed story, I have often heard,
Telling how the Savior died for me,
Gave His life at Calv'ry, shed His precious blood,
How He suffered pain and agony;
Loves redemption story, is so true I know,
And I love to hear it o'er and o'er,
Some glad morning yonder, I will see my Jesus,
When I reach that heav'nly shore.

CHORUS:

Oh, Lord, I really love you, yes, Lord with all of my heart,
This world with all of it's riches can never cause me to depart,
Oh, Lord I really love you, yes, Lord I never will fear,
Tho' clouds my darken my pathway,
There is a light guiding me on when you are near.

2.   Christ the blessed Savior, walks with me each day,
Giving me assurance of His love,
Keeping me from danger, never lets me stray,
Fills me with His spirit from above;
There is not a sorrow, there is not a pain,
That my blessed Savior will not bear,
Ev'ry day is sweeter, with my blessed Jesus,
I am in His loving care.

CHORUS:

3.   There's a blessed promise, made by Christ the Lord,
That He'd come again to take me home,
I am daily watching, for that day to come,
Tho' the storms of life around me moan;
May the tempest try me, from my Lord to stray,
There's a power greater than us all,
When He comes from glory, I will rise to meet Him,
I am waiting for His call.

CHORUS:
