Some of the local broadcast television stations that we carry are provided pursuant to retransmission consent agreements, many of which expire on December 31,2008. We have long-standing relationships with many of the local stations and generally do not anticipate any disruption in signal carriage. If, however, we cannot reach an agreement extending our ability to offer a particular local station beyond December 31,2008, we will have to discontinue carriage January 1, 2009.
