       President’s Report: Tim reported:

        1. Thanked all who went to the FFMC fish fry.

      2. Thanked all who help on the bathroom.

      3. We need to start posting our rally fliers around, get sponsor letters out and start

           collecting door prizes for the fall rally.

      4. There are some sponsor plaques that need passed out if any one can help get them to

          who they belong to.

      5. Most of the officers will be gone to Sturgis for two weeks so Jackie Miller will be

          the point of contact.   

      6. We will have a Sturgis meeting after our club meeting is over.

     Cathy Martinez took Aug 1st meeting minutes and read the July 4th meeting minutes which

      were okayed with no objections.

     Sept-29 thru Oct 2 Bikers Blues & BBQ in Fayetteville Ark.

     Cans & Playground Report: Playground total is $338.58.

  Club Committee News

      Benevolent Committee: Tom Brents - chairperson

     Tom Brents reported and gave balance of Benevolent Funds:

      They gave Sherri Bushers $200.00 immediate needs check.  She suffered a spiral fracture to

      her left tibia. Keep her in your prayers for speedy recovery.

      Community Relations & Rally Committee: Sherri Bushers - chairperson

      No Report.  

       Membership News:  Sharon Young - chairperson

     There were 50 members present at the Aug 1st, 2010 KIB monthly meeting.

      Land Development Committee:  Gary Walker - chairperson

     Slow Progress is being made on the bathroom, will wait till after the rally to pour the foundation.

Club Business

      Unfinished Business

     Tim Litchford stated there are 2 motions to be voted on. Discussion for and against

     1. Motion: Vote to give Sonny Slaton $300.00 from the Benevolent Fund.

     2. Motion: Vote to approve the By-Law changes as presented by the Board of Directors. 

       New Business:

     1. Dale Young made a motion Rickey Boone 2^nd to give Sherri Bushers $300.00 from the

         Benevolent Fund.

50/50 Drawing was held:

won by Frankie Kirby a total of $37.14 was collected 

Frankie donated her $18.57 to the Tractor Fund and $18.57 went to the Down Biker Fund.

Club Announcements

"For the good of the Club"

      1. CiCi Crawford reported that they were about a month and a half ahead of time in

             ordering for the t-shirt booth.

      2. Gary Walker said the by-law changes will not take affect till we get them back from the state.

      3. Willie German asks how much money we had in the Tractor Fund.  Tim Litchford said we

          had $1000.00 in the fund.

      4. Lora Moore said the lady that took pictures at the spring rally wants to come take pictures

          for the fall rally.

      5. Bob Kirby fixed and donated to KIB a big fan that his work was getting rid of.

      6. Lowell Grelle introduced Les Thomas.
