What we do reflects our imagine to the community. If you see someone that has had too much to drink please help them to their camper. Please be careful what we do here at the rally. For the Good of the Club

Lowell wanted to comment on 50 sponsors. Please support all sponsors. Workdays we need some help from the younger ones. If the club ever has a member of the year that it should go to Jeff. Jeff works really hard out on the land. If you can’t help on workdays, come by the land on your day off. Sharon said there were five new members. Joann James, Tammy Catherwood, Rhonda Wright, Scott Mullens, and Pam Sipes. Rhonda covered that we got asked about being in Great American Publisher. Georgia talked about making a bandanna quilt. She wants to raffle it off Saturday night of the rally. The funds are going to the Downed Bikers Fund. Jackie read a letter from Daisy. She was thanking everyone for their support in her time of need. Tim talked about making 50/50 tickets for all of the door prizes. There will be more work at the gate. We might could get it signed up at the bandstand. We are trying to find an easier way to make door prizes go thru. Just a thought but we will talk about it. Maybe we will can draw thru the day. The band is excited about playing this weekend. Use armbands for door prizes this time then discuss the rest after the rally. Do we want to raffle off the pool stick? Sell chances on the pool stick and blanket at the T-shirt booth. Make sure we use different color tickets. Mike and Vicki wanted to thank everyone for all the help while Mike has been down. SOS don’t know if anyone went. Tim would like to do something to help them out. If you would like to ride get with someone and we will try to plan something. It would be nice to ride around Veteran’s Day. Going to look into it. Jeff talked about doing something for the 13-17 year olds at the rally. Putting up a basketball goal and a Frisbee golf course. Need help with getting stuff. Going to make a shuffleboard board. We want to keep them out of trouble. We don’t want them getting into trouble. We are going to put safety net up around basketball goal. Please help think of some games.
